Bagnolo in Piano (RE), June 20, 2022 - Emak presents the new top-of-the-range “H” series brushcutters of the “H”, designed to offer the right combination of performance and cost, ideal for both jobs around the home and small-scale agriculture.
Oleo-Mac BCH 500 and Efco DSH 5000 brushcutters offer a high level of power and linear engine torque even at low revs: they are the go-to choice for the most demanding jobs, such as clearing agricultural land, dense grass, brushwood or shrubs.
The technical solutions adopted—such as the piston with 2 rings, forged and machined steel crankshaft and con rod, needle roller bearings and chrome-plated cylinder—ensure consistent, long-term quality, even in the most demanding working conditions. The primer device draws fuel into the carburettor to facilitate cold starts, after refuelling or long periods of disuse.
Thanks to the AlwaysOn system, the ON/OFF switch automatically returns to the ON position after each stop, avoiding the risk of engine flooding.
The fuel tank protection is made of metal, to strengthen the area and prevent damage due to accidental dropping. The air filter is made of paper and generously sized, while the filter cover is secured by two fixing screws for extra protection and durability.
The ø 130 mm head is equipped with 3.0 mm line and Tap&Go EVO operation, with line release system: simply tap the central head on the ground.
Maximum comfort while working is ensured by the anti-vibration system with first-rate components and by the Easy Start system, which reduces kickback.
The models with 50.9 cm³ displacement are available in three different configurations—single handgrip (BCH 500 S - DSH 5000 S), handlebar (BCH 500 T- DSH 5000 T) and backpack (BCH 500 BP - DSH 5000 BP) with sturdy steel structure and a pocket for carrying useful items—to meet the widest variety of user needs.
